If you need a reservation for a flight departing within the next 48 hours please call the office. We will need your flight details: airline, flight number, departure and arrival times, and the number of passengers. Otherwise, you can book either:

Online: Click the button below to begin your reservation process. Once submitted we will receive it automatically and an Airlink agent will review it for all the necessary details. Once approved, your credit card information will be used to process payment and you will receive an email confirmation outlining the particulars of your journey with us.

  • When using the online reservation system, please be sure to fill in all the appropriate fields.
  • If your addresses include any apartment numbers or specific instructions, please make mention of them in the “notes” feature. Likewise, if you are carrying any luggage that is extraordinary in shape or size, or in quantities outside Airlink’s luggage allowance, please make mention of such in the “notes” so that we can be prepared to serve you better.
  • If selecting our “Shared Ride” service, please note that your requested pick-up time may be altered to accommodate the travel requirements of other passengers in your vehicle.

Please also note that when you arrive on a flight into Pearson International, you must check-in at the GROUND TRANSPORTATION DESK located inside EACH TERMINAL.
